Step 1:Cardboard rounds are cut for proper size.

Find some large pieces of cardboard. place your tire and rim onto the cardboard and trace a line around the tire. Now cut out your cardboard rounds. You will need 3 per wheel.










Step 2:Wheel and tire assembly.

Place your tire and rim on level ground with the face side up.








Step 3: Layer of plastic protects face of wheel from scratches.

Cut out a piece of plastic large enough to cover the tire and rim. Place it over the face side of the rim.









Step 4: Soft foam provides first layer of protection.

Cut out a piece of soft foam large enough to cover the tire and rim. This will go on top of the plastic piece.









Step 5: Three layers of bubble wrap provide bulk of protection.

Cut out 3 layers of bubble wrap large enough to hang over the tire and rim. Place these over the face side of the tire and rim.









Step 6: Two cardboard rounds on face side of wheel.

Put 2 (that's 2) cardboard round cut-outs on the face side of the wheel and tire over the bubble wrap.









Step 7: One cardboard round on back side of wheel.

Place a cut out carboard round on the back facing side of the tire and wheel.








Step 8:Several layers of shrink wrap applied to outerside.

Start at the corner of the tire and rim, and criss-cross the surface using your roll of skink wrap.








Step 9: Several layers of shrink wrap applied end-over-end.

Take your roll of skrink wrap and go around the tire and rim many times to apply a think cover.








Step 10: Entire wheel is taped to secure shrink wrap.

Using your tape gun, cover the ends of the shrink wrap.










Step 11: Finished mummy wrapped wheel and tire

Step 12: Mummy wrapped wheels ready for shipment

The tires and rims are now reay to be shipped anywhere
